“The Beginning
Fueled by a passion for architecture, thoughtful design, environmental sustainability and life on the entrepreneurial edge, our founders Curt and Catherine began investing in real estate in 1998.”
“Solhem Apartments
In 2008, we developed our first building, Solhem (“sun home” in Swedish), on a busy block in the Uptown neighborhood. We sold the property in 2015, but retained the naming rights for our company!”
